A Night Out: Red Cap’s Show, “Greetings and Salutations” at Gallery Nucleus

Don’t worry if you missed our big event–we’re here with pictures to share! Last Saturday, Red Cap Cards presented our first collaborative show with Gallery Nucleus, entitled “Greetings and Salutations.” The exhibition featured original work by Red Cap artists, Jon Klassen (who was amazing and on-hand to sign prints!), Christian Robinson, Becca Stadtlander, Anna Emilia Laitinen, Yelena Bryksenkova and Chris Sasaki. All work is available online for viewing and purchase here.

We also had a blast in the gallery too, with a magnificent photo wall by Lauren Duarte: an animal-filled Woodland Red Cap World, complete with “red cap” props and happy kiddos. Hal’s Red Cap Fizz was a party-night hit (and impossible to stop drinking), and–the best part–we were able to say hello to so many old and new friends.

Not only was the art exquisite, but the company was charming, wonderful and oh-so-appreciated.
